Description
River Tees at Barnard Castle
The bridge over the River Tees and some associated buildings at Barnard Castle, County Durham, northern England. This was once called the "county bridge" because the river formed an old boundary between County Durham and Yorkshire.
The water is stained brown because it drains off peat lands in the Pennines. The stone steps on the far left are rather precarious, there is no hand-rail and the steps are worn and uneven.

I like this, as it doesn't have people in.
Hard to do on some days as it can be busy.
Nice capture.
