Conversation Among the Dunes, South Shields

This group of sculptures is part of "Conversation Piece" by Juan Muñoz. There are over twenty figures in all, each about 1.5 metres tall and arranged in small groups. They are located at the Littlehaven Beach in South Shields at the mouth of the River Tyne in northern England. They look as if they should wobble backwards and forewards, but as each weighs about 250Kg (quarter of a ton) I would not try this!
